Lifeguard
KiDs Beach Club® understands that God’s power behind our ministry is achieved through prayer. We call our prayer team “Lifeguards,” people who stand in the gap on behalf of our staff, our volunteers, our churches, our schools, our kids and their families.
Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them. Mark 11:24
If My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14
And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God; praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints. Ephesians 6:17-18
Ways you can Lifeguard for KiDs Beach Club®
1. Set reminders on your daily calendar to pray for a specific group in the KBC community each day.
Sunday: Pastors
Monday: KBC Staff
Tuesday: Church Coordinators and Club Leaders
Wednesday: Club Volunteers
Thursday: KBC Donors and Corporate Sponsors
Friday: Kids!
Saturday: Parents, siblings and families
2. Become a Lifeguard at a particular school, committing to pray for that school by name.
3. Every time you drive through a school zone, use that as a reminder to pray for KiDs Beach Club®, thanking God for our legal access to teach the Bible in public schools and praying protection for our ministry in public schools.
