YES! We want to partner with KiDs Beach Club®, making Jesus cool at school!®
New AND Returning KiDs Beach Club® Partners
We are excited that you want to reach your community for Christ through KiDs Beach Club®. We now provide the Beach Club Partner Agreement online in response to requests from our partnering churches.
Complete The Partner Agreement form below. At the end of the form is a place for an authorized signer from the church/partner organization to digitally sign the agreement. Once the form is completed, a copy of the completed agreement will be sent via email to the Signer.
A sample agreement, which includes the KiDs Beach Club® Statement of Faith, is available by clicking here. Please review that before completing the online agreement. If you have any questions about the Agreement, please contact the KiDs Beach Club® representative who has been working with you. If you cannot reach them, you can call our corporate office at (817) 510-5885.
Completing the form online makes it easier for KiDs Beach Club® to process and allows us to be better stewards of our resources. Partner Club Fees
Each Beach Club costs KiDs Beach Club® an average of $8,500 to operate. However, thanks to generous donations from churches and individuals, we are able to charge our Beach Club Partners the following:
$3,000 per 24-week (full school year) club
$1,800 per 12-week (Spring-only) club
$1080 per 6-week club (Spring).
Please note that 6-week clubs are for NEW clubs only, and only available to Beach Club Partners that are contracting for the next full school year at 24-weeks.
24-Week Multi-Club Discount:
3-4 clubs = $250 off per club
5+ clubs = $500 off per club
Payment Options:
Single Payment
Semi-Annual Payments (August & December),
9 Monthly Payments (Payments start in August; Will incur a $25 per club per month service fee.)
Virtual-Only Schools
You can add a virtual-only school to your In-Person schools for $500 per virtual school. This is only available when KBC has not had a club in the previous school year.
This is a great way to economically extend your reach into another school community.
Children registered in the virtual-only clubs receive the KBC Explorer's Study Bible and their attendance is tracked in KOMS just like an In-Person club
New Partners require a 10% deposit at time of Agreement completion. You may mail a check to our address below once you finish the Agreement.
After submitting the agreement form, you will have the option to pay in full online by either credit card or check. Otherwise, we will send an invoice via email to the Accounts Payable person you indicate on the Agreement form and you can mail a check.
